Outstanding Arts & Cultural Organization Honors an arts or cultural organization making a meaningful impact in Volusia County.

Criteria:

• Demonstrates a strong commitment to advancing arts & culture in the community

• Provides consistent, high-quality programming, exhibitions, or performances

• Supports and uplifts local artists, creatives, and/or youth

• Shows leadership through collaboration and community partnerships

• Expands access to the arts through education, outreach, or inclusion

• Creates measurable or visible community impact

• Shows resilience, innovation, or growth despite challenges

Artist of Distinction Recognizes an individual artist who has made a significant contribution to the arts in Volusia County.

Criteria:

• Demonstrates excellence, originality, and professionalism in their artistic practice

• Has a body of work that shows growth, impact, or innovation

• Contributes to the cultural vitality of the community through exhibitions, performances, or public engagement

• Supports fellow artists through mentorship, collaboration, or leadership

• Engages in community outreach, education, or advocacy for the arts

• Uses their work to inspire, uplift, or create meaningful dialogue

• Reflects the spirit of Arts VoCo by strengthening arts & culture in Volusia County

The Top 3 nominees will be announced March 16.
